By accessing and using Founder Lift ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Founder Lift provides a curated directory of startup perks, credits, and discounts from third-party companies. We aggregate information about these programs and provide direct links to apply. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with the companies whose perks are listed unless explicitly stated.
3. Payment Terms
Access to the full directory requires a one-time payment of $19 USD. This payment grants you lifetime access to the directory. All payments are processed securely. We do not store payment information. Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds unless required by law.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
5. Accuracy of Information
We strive to keep all perk information accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party startup programs. Perks listed on our platform are subject to change at any time by the respective companies. We manually verify and update listings weekly but cannot be held liable for expired or changed offers.
6. Intellectual Property
The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to Founder Lift are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws. Copying, redistribution, use, or publication of any such content or any part of the Service is prohibited without the express written permission of Founder Lift.
7. Limitation of Liability
Founder Lift shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service, including damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangibles, even if Founder Lift has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our Service contains links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
